St Joseph’s Primary School

Where the rivers of promise, exploration, and celebration meet and flow onto lifelong learning

St Joseph’s Primary School is a dynamic learning community where every child is supported by our passionate learning team. We are focused on achieving the best outcomes for every child in all aspects of their learning journey.

Our students thrive in a collaborative environment that provides opportunities for exploration in rich learning experiences and shares in the celebration of every success. Our dedicated teachers and support staff provide a welcoming educational environment embedded in our Christian values and the traditions of our founders, the Presentation Sisters, in DEED NOT WORD.

We value our partnership with our parish, families and the broader community as we continue to serve it and ensure everyone feels connected, cared for and valued.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge that our school resides on the Lands of the Bundjalung Nation.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians who have walked and cared for this land for thousands of years and their descendants who maintain these spiritual connections and traditions.

We pay our respect to Elders past, present and future leaders.

We reflect on the millions of footprints that travelled the Dreaming pathways and continue to walk this land today. The Land we are on now, the land we live, work, breathe, eat and sleep: always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.

We walk alongside the custodians of this beautiful country, Australia, as we seek Voice, Treaty and Truth.
